4 Customer Call Center provides the tools
needed to manage prospect inquiries, customer
problems and order requests, contract
and field service information and a knowledge
base of issues and resolutions. The Customer
Call Center offers a single integrated
database containing all the customer contact
information needed to address customer
issues and requests efficiently. The Customer
Call Center allows you to track each customer
inquiry, communicate action items to specific
sales reps and assure closure to potential
new business. When customers have product
issues or questions, the Customer Call
Center can pass the information over to
technical support for rapid resolution.
The Customer Call Center is a great source
of knowledge base information which tracks
calls pertaining to product issues, failures,
improper shipments or other customer problems
requiring immediate attention. Based on
information collected in the knowledge
base, remedial action can be implemented
to prevent similar problems in the future.
The Customer Call Center is also a focal
point for all customer requested Return
Material Requests (RMA's) and billing
adjustments. The Customer Call Center
can be plugged in to the Back Office module
for complete on line access to AR records
and credit profile data maintained on
each customer and prospects.
